Brambletally is a project tracker for makers. You must be at least 13 years old to use it. You can use it for your own craft, research, and event work, and for projects you share with other signed-in people.
Sign-in is a one-time link sent to your email address. Keep access to that inbox secure — you're responsible for what happens under your account. Tell support@brambletally.com if you think someone else has access to it.
Your projects, steps, supplies, notes, and journal entries are yours. Brambletally stores them to run the service and doesn't claim ownership. By adding content, you give Brambletally permission to store, back up, and show it to you and anyone you share a project with — nothing more. People you invite to a project can see it, and editors can change it.
Follow the Acceptable Use rules below. We may remove content or suspend an account that breaks them.
Brambletally is provided as-is and as-available, with no warranty that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data will never be lost. Features may be added, changed, or removed at any time.
To the extent the law allows, Brambletally isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Its total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you've paid in the past 12 months.
These terms may be updated as Brambletally changes. Material changes will be shown at sign-in.
You can export your data and delete your account from settings at any time. Deleting your account removes your personal projects; shared projects owned by others are unaffected. An account that violates these terms or the Acceptable Use policy may be suspended or closed.

Brambletally is a small, signed-in space. These rules keep it usable.
The person who owns a project decides who has access and what stays in it. Their call on their own project stands.
An administrator may remove content or suspend an account that breaks these rules. Tell support@brambletally.com if you run into abuse. When the shared project board ships, it will have its own report control and the same rules will apply there.
Sign-in links are sent through Resend. Cloudflare Turnstile checks that you're not a bot at sign-in, and Cloudflare's network runs the service itself. Each processes only the data it needs to do that job — none of them see your projects.
Nothing is sold or handed to advertisers. People you invite to a project can see its contents. That is the only sharing that happens.
Brambletally uses standard security practices, including encryption in transit, to protect your data. No system is perfectly secure, but keeping your data safe is a priority.
Brambletally isn't intended for children under 13, and it doesn't knowingly collect information from anyone under that age.
You can export everything tied to your account, and delete your account, from settings. Deletion is permanent — your data is removed shortly after, except where the law requires it to be kept longer.
Material changes to this policy will be shown at sign-in, the same way as changes to the Terms.
